Yadav), am the Proprietor of “Magic & Art University” (Registered Brand). “Magic & Art University” is a legally registered trademark (Registration No. 4621629) under the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India, in accordance with the Trademark Act, 1999. The certificate of registration has been issued under Section 23(2), Rule 56(1), Class 41, with me, Chander Pal (Dr. C. P. Yadav), as the registered proprietor.
We fully respect and strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the Government of India, including the provisions of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956, particularly Section 22. “Magic & Art University” has never offered, and will never offer, any degree courses without the explicit approval of the University Grants Commission (UGC). The organisation is not engaged, directly or indirectly, in offering any degree programs or conducting any educational activities related to the award of academic degrees.
We also encourage the general public and students to remain aware of the guidelines and awareness campaigns conducted by the UGC. Before taking admission in any course, individuals should verify that the degree program is recognised by the UGC. We wish to clearly state that “Magic & Art University” does not offer any degree courses as defined under Section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. If any person or entity misuses our brand name for such purposes, we request that you kindly inform us immediately. We sincerely appreciate and follow the rules and awareness initiatives of the UGC.
I would also like to inform you that all other organisations or companies with which I am associated are duly registered, and I am officially appointed or authorised in those entities. All such organisations operate in compliance with applicable government policies. Our organisations, including Magic Book of Record (PHHD Magic Book of Record Foundation), are legitimate and properly registered.
All awards conferred by our organisation, such as the “MBR Honorary Doctorate Award” and the Best Achievers Award, etc., are valid recognitions. The “MBR Honorary Doctorate Award” is also a registered trademark (Registration No. 5858347) under the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India, in accordance with the Trademark Act, 1999. The registration has been granted under Section 23(2), Rule 56(1), Class 41, in respect of education, training, awards, honours, entertainment, sporting, and cultural activities.
